For more than 18 years, Captain Mark Maus and his wife Alexandra Maus, along with Captain Dillon Maus, have been competitively sport fishing. Today, as Team Raymarine on their 36 Yellowfin CC powered by triple Honda V8 BF350s, they also use TACO Pro Series GS-390 Outrigger Mounts, 19′ Internal & Collapsible Carbon Fiber Outriggers, ShadeFin, Transom Cross Tie Portable Cleats and other sport fishing and dockside accessories. The triple Hondas provide excellent performance, cruising at 41.9 mph at 4000 rpm while getting 1.3 mpg, and topping out at 64.9 mph at 6135 rpm. Mark is also the founder of Team Raymarine1 with a SeaVee 270Z powered by twin 300 Honda McLaren outboards equipped with TACO Grand Slam 390 Outrigger Systems and ShadeFin. In addition to being the Raymarine R&D Engineer, Mark and Team Raymarine are regulars at boat shows and other marine industry events. The team fishes most offshore, pelagic events.
