Front Runner Boats has introduced a pocket cat that's big on performance and fishability.

Front Runner Boats grew out of a joint venture between friends Mark Lacovara and Philip Mahn back in 2011 in St. Augustine, Florida. They bought an old 38-foot Fountain and decided to see if they could refurbish the boat and sell it at a profit. The plan worked so well, they went into business, rehabbing boats again and again. This eventually led them to the inevitable realization that boat building was in their blood, and they were good at it. Soon after, Front Runner was born, the natural extension of this partnership. In the beginning they manufactured a mixture of center consoles designs with both vee hulls and catamaran models. But they recently made the decision to eliminate the vee hulls from their line and focus exclusively on cats. They now offer five catamaran models from 35 to 55 feet.
Power and Performance
The new 35 Catamaran is built for serious offshore fishing. The 35 comes with all the features and performance attributes that have made the company’s larger cats so well regarded in such a short period of time. The 35 was designed to be a major offshore performer with twin outboard power, to appeal to those who may not want quads, but you can opt for quads as well if you want that extra speed. Maintenance and service are greatly simplified with twins, yet the 35 still provides outstanding comfort, speed and range.

A 550 gallon fuel capacity provides exceptional range and the 35 comes standard with plentiful deck space and storage capacity for gear, making it a great choice for both hard core fishing trips or extended cruises with the family.
